According to HSE government statistics Health and Safety at work in Great Britain 2019, there were 1.4m work related ill health cases (new or longstanding) 2018 / 19.
 
44% of these were due to stress, anxiety and depression
37% of these were due to musculoskeletal disorders
19% were due to another type of illness
